Thats bull shit. If there is no war, there is no need for regional nukes. If and when there is a peaceful resolution and an end to terrorism and existential threats from countries like iran, israel will give up nukes as part of a wider deal. I think what you are really saying is that terrorism is not going away, nor is arab rejectionism or iran. You make Nadine's case Mike. I argue with her all the time about this and you just admitted she is right about the arabs, iranians and islam in general in that region.

We are the only country that could get Israel to give up it's nukes, but we'd have to totally reverse our policies there and go totally hardball against Israel, with economic sanctions, etc. and completely isolate them. I don't see us getting there for 20 years, at least.
