I didnt call you anti american. i was careful what i said and apologize if i offended. I agree about afgan and iraq. I am not proposing attacking iran at all. I think we need to do carrot and stick and stick must be believable to deter bad actors. You didnt like saddam did you? Neither did I and i dont like this iranian regime and am very skeptical of their intentions. You seem to be using our failure in iraq to object to doing anything about iran short of war. ARent you concerned that all the euros agree about the danger of iran nukes? I am not so much worried about them using it but i do worry about further proliferation and the vice it puts sunni arab states facing stronger shiaa arc. I guess israel could shield them all with their nuke umbrella. Maybe that would be a good thing? I suspect not.
