I don't know that I'd say I'm happy with the current status quo. I would however say that 1 - I'm not horribly unhappy with it, and 2 - I'm happier with it than I would be with any "universal coverage" and/or "single payer" plan that I've heard about. Personally I'd like to see a plan that relies more on market forces than the current situation rather than less. How exactly do you get there from here? Well its not something I've worked out in detail, I suppose I'd have to if I was running for president...
