Ramtron is now entering a period whereby to meet the demand they are going to have to come up with a bunch of money to expand their business. Remember up until now, they have had periodic problems with handling demand. They are held captive by their fabs. Any wise buyer will come in before the company starts to really accelerate and make a generous offer. Ramtron won't make the decision on any buyout, it will be the shareholders who have suffered and suffered and suffered and frankly can't wait any longer. But we will see won't we. Time will tell and I hope I am alive to see it. Ramtron just does not have the capital to compete on an expanding basis. They will have to make a deal with some devil with a fab.
