A few years back I had a phone call that lasted about 40 minutes with someone who claimed to be muscled by the MOB in regards to Xybr. Previous to that call I was warned electronically (instant message), yes me a simple investor to back off posting about XYBERNAUT on the Yahoo message board. I was told the MOB would make my life a living Hell, they would track me down. That person and I had several electronic exchanges which I asked if it was alright that I document and was told yes prior to having our one phone conversation. Unlike tony, I did not tape the phone call but in retrospect I should have. As a simple investor, there was, nor is a reason for me to have fear of the MOB! Guess what my advise to that person was? My suggestion was to turn state evidence and enter the witness protection program. I never heard from that person again and I haven't seen that person post Yahoo since, but I did see others mention that person. I will never forget being told that person knew all the players behind the consorted effort to take Xybr down, and that person felt it was in my best interest to not know who they were as a means to protect me from the MOB. That person claimed to be a market maker with an inventory of Xybr stock. The MOB had that person so scared, suicide was contemplated of which my response was that is a cowards way out. While in my opinion you continue to focus your efforts on destroying companies with repetitive means, know your efforts are being watched.
