- Thought approx 20% under mkt was the lowest allowed for placements. Isn't it under market "average price of the last 30 days"?

"I sold my shares in BMK @$.80 at the open for a small loss. Its unbelievable to me how the management of BMK could possibly do this to their shareholders. They let their friends and deep money pocketed shysters in @$.40 on one of the biggest shaft jobs I have ever seen. I emailed 11 people in management of this company on how they could justify this to the shareholders of this company. So far no response like I figured. I will never buy another share of this company, I wish everyone here would do the same and let this group of thieves own their own shares. How is it possible the TSX-v could possibly allow this theft from the shareholders is beyond me. This will be my last rant about this company. I hope everyone that has an investment with this company thinks long and hard about staying invested. It is obvious this company cares very little about you or me, it's all about lining their own pockets. I have been investing for many years, this is the biggest shaft I have ever seen a company give to their shareholders, They should hang their heads in shame. In fact whoever came up with this finacing should be thrown behind bars and have the key tossed away. You have stole from your shareholders.
