Just more evidence of the middle class squeeze and loss of purchasing power of the dollar. It sure isn't the rose colored glasses optimistic scenario painted by eternal doom and gloomers or deflationists but it might feel worse than depression for those who aren't prepared or won't adjust...The housing armageddon looks more and more like a shakeout on purchasing power when you take the longer term view.
