I have been using a program called Acronis for a long time on the Windows side and it works well and really requires very little interaction once it is set up. I have it loaded on 5 machines and do back-ups 2 a month on most machines. It has various levels of compression and is adjustable. I wish bootcamp was size adjustable without having to remove or redo, this is available with Partition Magic on the windows side. I just set the size I want and it resizes without any intervention.
