i wonder what survey he did to come out with his position. certainly may help in primary however could be death wish if he got to run against Hillary. Just cannot see any liberal cities voting for him. I can see large block votes for Hillary just on this , forget minorities even considering him. then take some of charlie Rangel tax proposals to take away from those earning over $200000 and give it to low middle income. i doubt he gets out of the gate to run.
