Children are included. I simply took the household data and divided by the census data on persons per household over the chart's entire period. Persons per household has gone down from about 3.5 to about 2.7 during the period, for what its worth. So....if I take your chart and multiply any given point on the graph by 2.7, I would get household net worth? So we are looking at current household net worth of around $240,000? Doesn't that seem high? Or maybe I'm still being a little dense here?
