Similar to Argentina, but not with such extreme numbers.

The US will not drop 40% in a day like the pesos did and drop a further 50% in the following two years. Stock might not go up 400% in two years.

Drop in Revenue Growth at State and Federal Level

The federal gov't is reporting a drop in revenue growth. In California, another budget crisis is in store. After vowing to "tear up the credit card" Schwarzenegger spent $10 billion more than CA received in taxes and fees last quarter. Other states have budget problems as well. Jim Rogers says US "undoubtedly in recession." By many measures we are.
