Or you could say: "A benign dictatorship is the most efficient form of government." That idea doesn't vaguely resemble anything I've posted here. To be nasty to the poor and helpless should be a non starter. Not providing massive public assistance to someone isn't being nasty to them. Now you change your statement to something like "not helping the poor and helpless should be a non-starter" and have a better point; but then OTOH not having a socialized health insurance system isn't the same as not assisting the poor and helpless.
