Nothing that can't be passed off as a blip. Next April, I expect more blips. Meanwhile the Home Depots and Lowes will start to show a little weakness.
I'm seeing some sub contractors having to slash prices. Like plumbers, roofers and hurricane shutter people. But they were ridiculous at the peak.
