Charity begins with our individual families and homes not with the government and our tax money.

To spend a dollar "it takes a whole government organization---a whole beauracracy". What a waste of people's hard earned monies. The liberals and socialists want to take your money, contol it and use as they see fit to suit their village concept---------remember Hillary says something like it takes "A Village"------and of course Hillary wants to head the Village.

They want to give you dollars to be born, health insurance, preventive medicine for whatever genetic disease you have, put you in a nursing home and end your life with dignity with euthenasia.

That's why I am not a leftist, socialist.

Hey, I am beginning to sound like a libertarian.

Increasing the program to a few rather than the many indicates a philosophical predisposition against the program entirely. I know it's hard to imagine Bush has a philosophical anything, but it plays better than saying prejudice. You neocons just want the money for yourselves; nothing is to be left for the next generation (except the bills, of course).
