That's retiring outside of America (in places like Panama with lower prices and warm weather). Not leaving the US when you still have to earn money to finance the retirement Not true.....Britain was included in the article and in an accompanying article Germany, France and Italy were included. And can you blame them......many American cities have become noisy, grim, polluted centers for the poor while every time someone finds an untouched, pleasant rural area in which to settle within ten years its overrun by a cast of thousands. Slow growth is not always such a bad thing.........and its such an unAmerican concept.
