QCOM would be nice buy at 27-28, if it makes it there, where C=A of the correction, and the impulse would be retraced 62%. For the long term, I may buy some in the low 30s. OR, wait for obvious strength, and buy the (presumed) matching impulse to the one from 2002 to 2006.
