PS re who benifits...well.... there is the theory that without an outside threat and continual state of war israeli society would fracture due to the massive immigration of jews who have little in common with each other other than the claim of being jewish Talk about being pigheaded! You're not convincing even yourself with such lines. Looking at who benefits from the present system (as you have often pointed out, it isn't Israel) is step one to figuring out any solution.
