What makes you think that? I've already said what I would do is declare Gaza the new nation of Gazastan, say "good luck" to all the Pals not in Gazastan, and stop launch rockets and build the nation of Gazastan on the water with some nice golf courses. That would be step 1. If it works, repeat with the WB. If it fails, figure out what failed and fix it.
