I think that's good news, considering that under the leadership of the current chairman and the CEO the stock lost 90% of its value in the last 2 years. The resignations may even clear the way for a takeover, though at these prices it's not going to be fair to shareholders that bought much higher. The market did not appreciate this, given the uncertainty of the asset sales. I have a full position, so I am not buying more at this time. My last buy was below 2.40. Stock currently at 2.45. Asset sale news expected within a week or so. Obviously still lots of uncertainty and nervous holders.
