I understand Grace is the smartest geologist in the world, because she received a geology kit for Christmas when she was nine.

just as she is the smartest economist in the world because she took Home Economics in High School.

Supposedly top geologists call her all the time for advice, which is why she has little respect for them. But once she gets her geology kit out from the closet, in combination with a quick Google search, within a few minutes she is able to point another major oil company toward new discoveries.

I didn't intend to prove anything with that link, just point you in a direction for further research. You are way behind in your research. They've since proven their ideas empirically. At this point you'd have to wonder how it is that a company like Yukos has a 300-400% replacement rate, in light of replacement rate declining in the US. It can't be completely explained in terms of higher oil prices.
