I'm embarrassed! I think someone posted a gumbo recipe for me on the recipe thread and I forgot to print it. Went advanced searching... Pati has a good one here....I could triple it. Message 23768300 mph posted this link awhile back. It really looks good, and it's cooked in the oven. I like that! allrecipes.com
