Any problems with condensation on cellulose in attic?
I've been concerned that without proper moisture barrier between plaster and insulation, that could be a problem. Other solution may be to paint ceiling with semigloss to serve as barrier.

As far as blowing insulation in walls, did you have full 2x between stone and finished wall? We have furring strips, so can't see the value of adding 3/4 inch of cellulose.

Am considering tearing out plaster altogether, but not into the mess anymore
