I thought I answered 'yes' to your question, perhaps you missed it. I don't want to deny anyone medical care, but perhaps at the risk of opening up another can of worms we might need to cut back on heroic end of life care that is very expensive but not very effective for starters. AND, by the way, I do have insurance, I'm in a state other than NY now, but the point stands, in states like NY it's hard to get for the self employed. Perhaps you forgot but you did reply to me some time ago when I talked about the lack of choice in NYS and how I was apprehensive about getting turned down by insurers in another state... By the way - in an enlightened society I DO think the better off should help pay for it, so if you are one of them the answer is yes. I think the next election will settle it for us anyway, and not the way you would like it to go...

PS - I know I tend to use some strong words at times, and I don't mean to insult you or Tim, but I feel rather strongly about the subject... So, I guess let the verbal wars continue!!!
