Does anyone think you have to be a genius to be a doctor?

"I would not go to a doctor that I didn't think was a genius."

None of my doctor are geniuses.

Too bad for you.

"1. The rationing is mostly self imposed by people who look at the risk and diminishing rewards imposed by government tinkering and pursue more lucrative careers.

2. I would not go to a doctor that I didn't think was a genius. Maybe you want to go to a heart doctor that is still reading from the manual while he has your chest open, but I want someone who understands it inside and out while they snake a fiber optic probe through a small incision in my thigh."

None of my doctor are geniuses. If you need cardiac surgery, you get a cardac surgeon that does the same operation 2 or 3 time a day every day.

It is difficult to do something 2-3 times a day without understanding it inside and out.

Most of the doctors in the USA are way too educated. They are for the most part overqualified. That is adding a lot of cost to the healthcare system.

You would prefer idiot savants? When state laws allow it people like that are available for less than minimum wage. You may have stumbled upon a true cost saving approach to medical care. I hope you will excuse me if I allow you test its efficacy on yourself and John prior to implementing it nationwide.
