and if I'm right with my assumption about the RFAB - then we should also recognze that this is the fab where the process node for cmos will bepushed down to 45nm - hmm, does this mean something also towards further fram development ?

It's good to see TI kicking off the FRAM campaign, although too bad they didn't mention any pilot or Beta customer(s), but if they can make some progress this year, it'll be great exposure for Ramtron.

It's been a year since Fujitsu announced its FRAM entrance into the Sony Felica cards.

There was an recent update to the following Sony website, perhaps indicating the expansion of the Felica cards, Asia's usage of RFID cards seem to be more prevalent than in the U.S. It's interesting to see the usage of felica cards by the minor league season ticket holders in Hawaii.
