No doubt about that!

(I understand there has been a big increase in expatriation in recent years and, contrary to what I might have thought, the largest number of Americans leaving to take their families to live somewhere overseas weren't 'old, retired, and rich'. Rather they were between 25 and 35, prime working years and mostly entrepreneurial --- taking advantage of some great foreign tax breaks.)
