To be honest, while I accept blame for the accident, what I THINK really happened is this old geezer came around the bend, suddenly there I was backing up and he just froze and hit me. I really dont mind accepting blame cause obviously if I wasnt there it wouldnt have happened (incidentally I was only backing about 5 feet, the cop put my speed down as 1/10 of a mile per hour, what irritates me is THE TICKET. We are moving to N.M. so I will be getting a new license anyway. Dont know if those points go with you or not, but this is the first ticket I have had since 1962 and that was a BUM RAP. jdn

That dog that was dumped here, much nicer after a months work with him. Almost makes me want to take up hunting again as he's a good retriever. Real scent hound and dries quicker than any water dog I've seen. He's over 60 pounds now and the Vet said he's an Airedale with a little Irish Wolfhound in him.

Gonna have one of those buried fences put in Friday so he can run in the yard. He needs to run. Today he was sleeping next to a cat rather than chasing it.

Little looking up the critter, they hunt everything from squirrels to lions, don't start fights but never lose one.
