What he's saying is that there aren't any (D)'s to shaft in favor of (R)'s. Typical (R) thinking.


I know the Republicans aren't the sharpest tools in the shed; that they are not good at running things. However, drinking water is one of the fundamentals of life. How could they possibly screwup with this one? Their incompetence seems to know no bounds.
