"The kibbutzim in Israel......all the people of a particular kibbutz share in the wealth and the problems equally."

Doing a little homework would save you some embarrassment but I'm sure that your professors have told you that before.

From Wikipedia...

"Forced by necessity into communal life, and inspired by their own ideology, the kibbutz members developed a pure communal mode of living that attracted interest from the entire world. While the kibbutzim lasted for several generations as utopian communities[citation needed], most of today's kibbutzim are scarcely different from the capitalist enterprises and regular towns to which the kibbutzim were originally supposed to be alternatives."

Why do you suppose they have evolved over time to where "today's kibbutzim are scarcely different from the capitalist enterprises." Because it works?
