Yikes, I guess they want to prop up Fatah, but they(Fatah) hate Jews and Americans as much as Hamas; Fatah is just not as overt. The lesser of two evils arguments is starting to wear thin. $400 million seems like a lot of money. Where is the oversight? Is it going to end up going towards terrorist contraband, or is it to fight Hamas? Frankly, the Saudis and Iran can out spend us in funding their groups, so it seems like a huge waste of money.
