mostly "too big to fail". I'm more interested in the "small enough to fail" category.

Things are moving so fast, it's hard to stay positioned as a short. I tried reassembling my ACF short. I foolishly closed it out on the Fed's surprise half-point cut, thinking things could get nuts to the upside. I only got 1/2 of the position back on. Would have had to shorted into a falling market, and never got much of any bounce to have a cushion on my entry:

How would you play it?

My exposure on the insurers drops daily. My habit has been to await bounces to short into, but it hasn't worked too well of late.

Good problem to have, I suppose...
