What you say is true.

But as noted above, the Sask. Party, a center/right outfit, seems to have the lead.

Nothing is permanent, but if the SP wins, they should be in power long enough to give a nice boost to Sask. oil sands efforts, which are in formative stages.

Shell long ago did a survey of Sask. oil sands. It seems that from a geological standpoint, there should be lots of bitumen. BQI is by far the biggest holder of Sask. rights.

I'll admit it is a lottery ticket, but a pretty good one.

If they run out of refining capacity they can add 10% ethanol to gasoline.
