I had trouble finding yield. Fixed income investors are fighting an ocean of money for yield. Therefore, I went back to stocks for cash dividend yield.

I expect money market yields to substantially decline over the next 45 days due to lower short term interest rates. It takes a few months to turnover billions. More money looking for a home.
