I give out full sized candy bars so it goes out on jungle wire and all the kids come here.

Back when I lived in Issaquah, it was well known that Ken Griffey lived a couple miles away, on Black Diamond Road. He was reputed to give out full size candy bars, so a lot of the neighborhood kids made it a point to go to his house on Halloween.

No idea if he actually was there to hand them out.
