The drinking portion should be of much higher quality than the case is today, and the other lower quality, less chlorinated.


That makes sense to me.

Some people here are putting in recovery systems that take dish, laundry and bathing water, and divert the water to an underground holding tank rather than letting it go down the drain. Then they use the water in the tank to water plants or wash cars.
