Hi Jim, Agreed on the then perceived value of the W-OFDM patent. Arguably, in today's handsets, Wi-LAN has many claims cutting across its entire portfolio - so while the concentrated value and relatively short life of the W-OFDM patent still remain an issue (though not as concerns past damages), the amount of leverage Wi-LAN brings to court and the negotiating table is considerable and growing. Should make for a fascinating story to follow.... Cheers! Rob
