Very well crafted set of suits: Skippen has wrapped up the 'wash rule' issue by including chip companies with equipment suppliers and includes retailers to put pressure on them both. The lawsuit is over the three patents, going back to Hatim's key WOFDM patent. It's been a long time since this all started. Now it is coming forward. I haven't looked at the Nokia patent which apparently is on an essential power control feature of DSL. Small world... Nokia has an analyst meeting at the end of the month in Finland I will be attending.
