If that "boon and advantage" helps society as a whole than it should be kept. If it hurts society as a whole, I ask "how, why, etc.. I suppose its possible that its exactly neutral, but doesn't that seem unlikely?

To the extent that it is a boon or advantage, do you think its an unfair and/or unreasonable boon or advantage? If so against I ask how and why.

Also you only gave two examples of rights that corporations get that you think they shouldn't. Both of those are highly questionable examples as I pointed out in an earlier response to you. You didn't respond to that point then, care to do so now?

"I'm not sure how habeas corpus is even relevant. Business execs or shareholders have habeas corpus rights because they are people. Corporations aren't thrown in prison. You can't lock up IBM or GE. So what habeas corpus right do the corporations have, and how can they take advantage of it, and why is this a problem?

As for rights against search and seizure do you really think any corporate owned property should be subject to search and seizure at the whim of cop or federal agent with no need for warrants or probably cause?"
