Most people have a definite idea of what they want. Most insurance departments that have standards for what is covered force insurers to include everything plus the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, etc. The list of mandatory coverages in several states includes many procedures that I will never request. Why should I be forced to pay for them?

Perhaps you frequent everything from traditional medical clinics to every fringe treatment available, but that would make you extraordinary.
