Again a person is the one giving the answer.

If the company is part of a criminal conspiracy (the company or some some set of the company is acting as a criminal conspirator) then the people would be able to refuse to testify even if there was no "corporation is a legal person" doctrine.

Again I ask, give me a specific real-world case where this was a problem?
