should be soupy, so you might have to add more water or cook the rice before.

Another rice dish I like is . I brown, pork chops or better yet 1/2" cut pork tenderloin(boneless chicken works) , sautee onions and greenpeppers. Put them in a baking dish, cover all that with cooked rice and then smoother everything with spaghetti sauce, you will need to add some water, I rinse the jars of sauce with water and add, and maybe a can of dice tomatoes with the juice. Bake in oven at 325 for 1/2 hour to finish off the meat and get the sauce into the rice.

You can make a meal out of the rice it's so tasty.
