"AMD would prefer it to be because of poor long term Intel yields. They have the option of using Chartered to boost production to help customers out. Chartered would prefer that reason too."

Im trying to understand why Chartered is forecasting a weak Q4 if demand is exceeding supply, for whatever reason.
