You still don't understand. I have no party loyalty the way others here do and I try to understand the other side's view. That's what I mean by neutral. My opinions about republicans and democrats are driven entirely and exclusively by my own views.

I keep saying this, but it's not sinking in.

As a Ron Paul libertarian that does tend to put me more in sync with republicans (he is a republican even though he's out of sync with them on many issues too). But my neutrality and lack of loyalty to the republicans allows me to criticize them when I think they are wrong.

Also, understanding and explaining someone else's perspective is not the same as agreeing with it. That concept seems to be outside the reach of some people. They are so partisan and biased they can't even deal with understanding the other side.

How many times do I have to call Bush an idiot for you to get the point?

We probably just don't have all the same reasons for thinking he's an idiot.
