More than a few companies are getting 25-30% haircuts for missing.

This is what we have been waiting for, Tier1 access, and displacing a non-performing vendor is even better. The numbers CSFB gives are very low and would indicate a more limited involvement initially, an expanded involvement is a $500M-$1B opportunity.
