They might be saying -- Chuck, perhaps it is time to tell us the truth. If I was a Board member I would want the truth now - right now -- not because of being a "good guy" but because I know as a Board member that all the Director insurance in the world won't protect my ass when the truth comes out. I would look for a big writedown -- and at the opening bell on Monday they had better have a press release already made public and circulating ahead of time or it will be carnage on Wall Street.
