ROTFL, bad loans were made because the lenders and borrowers were undercapitalized. So the solution for that is to put all the toxic waste in a vehicle....that is itself undercapitalized!

That's a bit much even for the Ministry of Trvth to swallow!

OTOH, Ben does love us long time, so that 'idea' will prolly fly!
