That's not all the facts.

Also I wasn't commenting on any thing he may have said later, or claims he will say, but rather his initial statement.

And Guiliani is supposed to be a good epidemiologist? Again I'm not saying his facts where correct, only that there is no evidence that he was lying when he mentioned them.
