Hi ChipGuy,
What would be useful is a tabulation of the various leakage currents in a modern microprocessor at 65nm. If I remember correctly you posted such a table about the latest IBM processor early this year after the ISSCC. Do you remember that info, or can you post a similar tabulation of any public info of the total gate leakage, sub-threshold leakage etc on any of contemporary micoprocessors.
