Thank you - and Arun. I think that those who find so many negatives about America tend to forget that it was America that inspired so many nations to embrace a more dynamic style of culture and business. Is the US a declining power? Maybe, but ideally the decline would take place not in absolute, but in relative terms - mostly because others will be doing so much better.

Once so much talent becomes liberated all over the world, it is inevitable that collectively they would "outsmart", "outinvent" and outproduce the US... no other outcome would be realistic to imagine. I am far from being rosy and optimistic... it will be a long and bumpy process - and it may fail, there is no guarantees -- but hopefully everyone will be in the end better off as a result.
