That was and remains a TOU violation. If Baker was caught doing that he would have been suspended. Perhaps Dave is taking it easy on Baker because he would have to bannish him.

It is my understanding that Dave says that he believes that the preban of KLP was not a TOU violation, even though it appears to be.
